How you earn Energy

Every workout generates Energy and fills your personal bar. You can earn it in 4 ways.

  • Sensors on classes Up to 100
Consistency Rewards keeping the pace
  • 2nd session of the week +5
  • 3rd session of the week +6
  • 2+ week streak +3
  • Back after 14+ days +5

02 What you contribute to your team

Your 2 best sessions count for the team

Every week, Monday to Sunday, what you contribute to your team is your 2 best sessions of Energy, not all the energy you generate. If you only train once, that one counts.

03 Team vs team competition

Duels

Every week, your team competes against another for 7 days. Whoever earns more Energy wins.

04 Your progress as a team

Every duel counts

All teams start at Master level. From there, every Duel can move your team up or down a level.

What's at stake, example:
If your team wins
+49
If your team loses
−15

The points at stake change depending on the rival. They show up before each Duel starts.

Level Points
07 Legend ≥ 420
06 Titan 350 – 419
05 Icon 280 – 349
04 Master You start here 210 – 279
03 Warrior 140 – 209
02 Rival 70 – 139
01 Contender 0 – 69

From Contender to Titan you move up or down by crossing a score threshold as you win or lose duels. Legend, the highest level, is different: it's a relative ranking against the app's best teams.

05 Week by week

How does a duel start?

1
MONDAY TO SUNDAY
Your captain enters the team
Your captain taps "Enter a duel" on any day of the week. That's the only step: your team will compete in the duel that starts the following Monday.
2
SUNDAY NIGHT
The rival is assigned
The app automatically assigns you a rival: at your same level and, whenever it can, with the same number of members as your team.
3
MONDAY
It kicks off
Your duel starts and lasts 7 days. Once started it can't be abandoned: it's played out until Sunday.
4
RESULT
Rank up or down
On Sunday the score closes: if you win, your team gains level points; if you lose, it loses them. A draw leaves the level unchanged.
